GoldenEye tracks the patent validation process so you don't have to:
- DTG Date Received: The first step of the process records our receipt of your patent information.
- Official Notice to Agent: Following our confirmation, we send a letter and supporting documents to the agent.
- Notice of Agent Filing: At this point we have received official documentation from the agent confirming case filing.
- Confirmation of Patent Office Filing: After we have received the agent's documentation, we confirm that case has in fact been filed with the national patent office.
- Patent Filing Confirmation Sent to Client: The final step of the process provides you with the completed patent documentation.
