MultiLing is committed to following worldwide standards that define quality and quality procedures. In June 2011, MultiLing was awarded the EN:15038:2006 Quality Certificate, which certifies our patent translation process according to the European and German standard. The certificate applies not only to MultiLing's headquarters in Provo, Utah, USA, but to all of its branches in Germany, Italy, Peru, Korea, China, and Japan.
Established in 2006 by the European Committee for Standardization as a way to certify the processes used by translation certificates, the EN 15038 certificate demonstrates a translations company's effort to establish the best procedures for creating a high quality translation.
Following a rigorous evaluation process, it was determined that MultiLing's translation and service processes meet the strict quality standards outlined in the certification procedure. The standard defines the requirements of the translation service provider in regards to personnel and technical resources, quality control, project management, client contract parameters and methods for providing service. Clients who use an EN15038 translation service provider, know they are getting the best of what is available in the industry.
